this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

it says free, but honestly to even get any enjoyment out of progressing you basically have to spend money. I've now spent over a couple hundred dollars on the game and still have a ton of hotels to unlock and play but will need to spend more to play those and pass the levels. so im gunna play what I have unlocked and thats it, no more money from me. please make an better way to earn gems without buying or let us buy the full game for a set price or something.

I love this game, but it makes me very angry. The game play is very smooth and the graphics are fantastic! But there is literally no way to pass certain levels except to spend real money. Even after upgrading every single thing in the hotel, it's still impossible to pass some levels. Even when using boosters (which you have to buy with diamonds), it's still impossible to pass! It's ridiculous to set objectives that can't be met unless you spend money/diamonds. Why make a game that can't be beat?
