this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

The premise of the game is fun, but by the second hotel you have to upgrade after almost every level, but you can't win enough coins and gems to upgrade that often, so you have to play other games to try and earn free gems, or buy them, and you have to replay and lose levels for coins so you can't get progress on the side quests that require multiple wins in a row. I'm definitely giving up on this game as a result.

I love this game, but it makes me very angry. The game play is very smooth and the graphics are fantastic! But there is literally no way to pass certain levels except to spend real money. Even after upgrading every single thing in the hotel, it's still impossible to pass some levels. Even when using boosters (which you have to buy with diamonds), it's still impossible to pass! It's ridiculous to set objectives that can't be met unless you spend money/diamonds. Why make a game that can't be beat?
