one problem... it keeps crashing and closing. I have cleared cache and it still does it and I have enough memory on my phone. *update* I had to change my rating from 3 to 1; because I just realized I was losing all my lives every time I attempted to open the game and play, just to have it crash and close the app. NOT HAPPY. 😠

this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

The premise of the game is fun, but by the second hotel you have to upgrade after almost every level, but you can't win enough coins and gems to upgrade that often, so you have to play other games to try and earn free gems, or buy them, and you have to replay and lose levels for coins so you can't get progress on the side quests that require multiple wins in a row. I'm definitely giving up on this game as a result.
