About this app

The numerous changes in schedules and work cycles cause sleep, eating and adaptation problems among shift workers, which can lead to the risk of accidents or disturbances in eating and sleeping. The qualitative objective is to limit accidents linked to cycle fatigue and their changes.
Advice comes from our health service, AIST, occupational doctors and nurses.
The Application can:
- Give advice on sleep, diet and physical activities in order to improve their well-being at work and at home.
- Limit the risks of accidents linked to lack of sleep and fatigue in general.
- Offer simple recipes that are not saturated in fat or sugar for a more balanced diet.
- Use a portable application that is easy to access and usable by a large number of users, posted or not.
