It was working fine but now when my balance exceeded 100 dhs they're saying I don't have an account with the email ID although I use the same email address everywhere and have been using the same since years on this app. Will not recommend it to anyone now.

I have requested for redemption of my wallet cash balance to my mobile account since past 2 months now. I have tried reaching out over emails and phone calls but no response, no updates was provided post call to it. I m very very disappointed with the service and customer support. I have been using the apps for quite some years now and every time I face the same issue upon redemption. I highly suggest improving your customer support services and respond to my request at earliest. Thank you.
