About this app

NoteFlow is a simple notepad for quick notes, checklists and to-do lists. Write down an idea or a shopping list in seconds, format notes with rich text, organize them with folders, labels and colors, and get reminders right when you need them.

No clutter and no learning curve: open the notepad, type, done. NoteFlow works fully offline without an account, keeps everything on your device, and offers optional Google Drive sync when you want the same notes on your phone and tablet.

✨ What's new in NoteFlow 3.0
• A fresh redesign with smoother navigation and better performance
• Optional Google Drive sync between phone and tablet
• Rich text editor with colors, highlight and lists
• New themes and fonts
• Quick Add and Note Collection widgets
• Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly repeating reminders
• Pin notes as notifications
• Trash: recover deleted notes for up to 30 days

📝 Rich Text Notes & Memos
Capture thoughts, class notes, meeting notes or a quick memo the moment they come to mind. Make important words bold or italic, cross out what's done with strikethrough, add text color and highlight, and structure longer notes with bullet lists, numbered lists and checkboxes. Keep it a plain quick note or build a detailed page, all in one clean, distraction-free editor.

✅ Checklists, To-Do Lists & Shopping Lists
Turn any note into a checklist: add checkboxes and tap to tick items off. Use checklists for a daily to-do list, a shopping list, a grocery list or a packing list for your next trip, and see at a glance what's left. Mix checkboxes with regular text for routines, chores and step-by-step plans.

⏰ Reminders & Pinned Notes
Set a one-time reminder or repeat it daily, weekly, monthly or yearly: pay a bill, take your meds, call someone on their birthday or finish a task before the deadline. Pin a note to your notification bar so it stays in view until you're done.

📱 Home Screen Widgets
The Quick Add widget puts two buttons on your home screen: start a new note or a new checklist in one tap. The Note Collection widget keeps your notes in view and can show all notes, a folder you choose, or only pinned notes. Your to-do list stays one glance away, just like a sticky note.

📁 Folders, Labels & Colors
Sort notes into folders, tag them with labels and color-code them: red for urgent, blue for personal, green for shopping. Your notebook stays tidy without a rigid system.

📓 A Digital Notebook for Ideas
Use NoteFlow as a digital notebook: keep a daily journal, collect recipes, quotes and book lists, or draft posts and stories. Everything stays searchable and sorted in folders.

🔍 Search, List & Grid View
Find any note in seconds with fast search and filters. Pinned notes always stay at the top, and you can switch between a compact list view and a visual grid view.

🎨 Themes, Fonts & Dark Theme
Make the notepad yours with themes and fonts, or switch to the dark theme for comfortable writing at night and less eye strain.

☁️ Sync, Backup & Privacy
Your notes belong to you. Turn on Google Drive sync to keep everything up to date on your phone and tablet, or back up all your notes to your device as a single file and restore them any time. Deleted a note by mistake? Get it back from the trash within 30 days.

Ratings and reviews

Great app! Love the simplicity but enough to get really creative on your part. I haven't paid for an app in years but admire and encourage this gal for creating a great app with not too many this and thats, and personal bravery & self-confidence to go for it and create a great app. I tried a number of note-taking apps but this one is great for various to-do list, quick reminders, notes, etc. I can copy/paste all my emojis in one 'emoji page' too, it's why thought to revise my comment. Luv it!

Simply, basic, easy to use, minimalistic, stores my notes, dependable, a must-have on any phone, highly recommend!

Nice note app, would be even nicer if it had a folder in folder option
