Most Bitcoin trackers want an account. SatStack does not. Log your buys and sales, see today's value and your real return, and keep the record on your device.
SatStack is an open-source portfolio for people who have been stacking over months or years and want the number to be theirs. It shows what the stack is worth, what it cost, and how that changed. There is no signup and no copy of your trades on a server.
What you can track
• Every Bitcoin purchase and sale, including buys made in different currencies
• Live price in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, and CNY
• Stack value, amount invested, average price, and profit or loss
• Holdings in BTC or sats
• A chart of your stack from 1 month to 10 years, or the full history
• Return for each time range, from the start of that range through today
• Trade markers on the chart. Open it full screen and tap a dot to see the trades
Your trades stay here
• No account
• No analytics and no crash reporting
• Holdings are stored only on the device, encrypted with AES-256
• An optional PIN locks the app. Failed attempts are locked out
• The screen blanks when you leave the app, and Android backup of the data is off
• Price lookups are the only thing that leaves the phone. The request is the Bitcoin price, not your holdings
• Prices come from CoinGecko, then Coinbase or Blockchain.com if the first source is busy
Take it with you
• Encrypted JSON backup, protected by a password you set in Security Settings. That password is separate from the app PIN
• After a reinstall, enter the same password, then import the file
• CSV and PDF reports for your own records. Those files are readable by anyone who has them, so treat them like bank statements
