Agri Entrepreneur Screening & Selection (AE S&S) Application is developed by AEGF to digitize the end-to-end selection process, enabling Agri Entrepreneur Mentors (AEMs) to efficiently identify, evaluate, and nurture aspiring Agri Entrepreneurs while ensuring transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency throughout the journey. AE S&S App is a
comprehensive digital platform developed to empower AEMs by streamlining the complete lifecycle of Agri Entrepreneur (AE) recruitment, screening, onboarding, verification, training, and performance monitoring.
The application provides an integrated workflow that guides AEMs from initial registration of the candidates to becoming certified Agri Entrepreneurs. Mentors can manage candidate registrations, conduct screening through written examinations and interviews, record evaluation scores, determine candidate eligibility, capture personal and location details and monitor each stage of the onboarding process. The platform also supports digital payment
verification, allowing selected candidates to complete onboarding requirements securely before progressing to training and certification.
AE S&S simplifies candidate verification by enabling AEMs to conduct home visits, capture geo-tagged location details, upload verification photographs, and submit supporting documents directly through the application. This digital verification process improves the authenticity of candidate records while reducing paperwork and ensuring a standardized
onboarding procedure.
The application extends beyond recruitment by serving as a centralized monitoring platform for mentor-led activities. Mentors can review and approve.
