About this app

Spark Store is a store management application for store owners, managers, and employees. All daily store operations are conveniently managed within one app: timekeeping, shift scheduling, sales, inventory, invoices, and payroll.

FOR STORE OWNERS AND MANAGERS

• Overview homepage: monthly revenue, today's revenue, number of orders, daily break-even point.

• Today's staff: who is working, who is next shift, who is late.

• Weekly team schedule, shift scheduling, shift change and leave requests.

• Inventory and stock levels by branch, low stock alerts.

• Sales invoices, supplier orders.

• Payroll cycle, timesheet, revenue reports.

FOR EMPLOYEES

• Face and location-based timekeeping directly at the store.

• View work schedules, register shifts, change shifts, receive available shifts.

• View your timesheet and estimated salary.

• Counter sales: find items, scan barcodes, process cash or bank transfers using QR codes.

• Cashier count at the end of the shift.

WORK TOGETHER

• Internal chat, send photos and files.

• Notifications about shifts, requests, and salaries.

• AI assistant answers questions about store metrics (when the store enables this feature).

SAFETY AND PRIVACY

• Each store has its own data; employees can only view their own work, and cost of goods sold is only visible to the owner and manager.

• Log in using email, Google, or Apple.

• Delete your account at any time from your Profile.

HOW TO GET STARTED

You need an account provided by your store. Open the app, select "Log in with email account," enter the store code (provided by the store owner), email, and password. If your account is already linked to Google or Apple, simply click "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple".

Location and camera data are only used for time clocking, cashiering, or barcode scanning.
