development, and citizenship awareness through accessible, high-quality digital courses
and interactive learning experiences.
Unlike a typical mobile app, DIPODEMY is a full digital ecosystem that comprises:
• A web application for instructors and administrators to upload, manage, and monitor
course content; and
• A mobile application for learners and the general public to access free and paid
courses conveniently on Android and iOS devices.
The platform combines education, technology, and civic participation to prepare politically
conscious citizens and leaders capable of driving Nigeria’s democratic and institutional
growth.
Purpose of DIPODEMY
