The Five Lakes Rewards app is not targeted towards nor intended for anyone under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 to access and use this app. If a user is between the ages of 13 and 18, they must only use this app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Points are not rewarded on tax or gratuities and will only be issued at the time of purchase. Must scan membership before payment to receive rewards. After payment is received rewards cannot be added to your rewards account.

absolutely horrendous app. have to re-add a credit card every time I want to add money to my account so I stopped using that feature. the old paper cards were better for a customer, but of course not for five lakes. using the app they don't give out nearly enough free coffees and it's harder to collect them. starting to be greedy like starbucks

would be nice if it was working all the time. I miss out on so many rewards points now because it's not reliable like a punch card. I also cannot buy gift cards on the app because the fixed toolbar at the bottom covers up the buttons you need to press. it has great potential and hopefully all the kinks will get worked out over time.

I signed up for the rewards app. Then I received a text message which has both my username and password listed in the text. I would love to meet the idiot at the company who thought this was a good idea
