The Five Lakes Rewards app is not targeted towards nor intended for anyone under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 to access and use this app. If a user is between the ages of 13 and 18, they must only use this app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Points are not rewarded on tax or gratuities and will only be issued at the time of purchase. Must scan membership before payment to receive rewards. After payment is received rewards cannot be added to your rewards account.

would be nice if it was working all the time. I miss out on so many rewards points now because it's not reliable like a punch card. I also cannot buy gift cards on the app because the fixed toolbar at the bottom covers up the buttons you need to press. it has great potential and hopefully all the kinks will get worked out over time.

its pretty user friendly for paying and tracking reward points. But you can't pre-order with it, which is why folks are going the Starbucks route. please add ordering capabilities!

phenomenal place to get a coffee. Except that it seems a lot of afternoon workers doesnt care how they make your coffee compared to the mornings.
