HydroCare Admin — Carwash Management and Control. HydroCare Admin is the centralized platform for the operational, financial, and logistical management of car wash and detailing centers. Manage locations, bays, service catalog, users, and supply inventory from a single application. GENERAL CONTROL PANEL (DASHBOARD) Real-Time Metrics: Monitor daily revenue and the total number of scheduled appointments. Bay Monitoring: Check the overall operational status (total bays, occupied bays, and available bays). Critical Stock Alerts: Receive automatic notifications when a supply reaches its minimum reserve level per location. Recent Scheduled Appointments: Review the recent booking history, including status (pending, canceled), customer information, and service amount. LOCATION AND BAY MANAGEMENT Multi-Location Management: Control the operational status of registered locations (San Borja, Chorrillos, La Molina, etc.). Operational Information: Review the address, phone number, total number of bays, and bays occupied per location. Registration and Configuration: Add new locations or edit the availability of each location in real time. SERVICE CATALOG AND RATES: Service Management: Configure the commercial portfolio (Express Ceramic Coating, Chassis and Engine Wash, among others). Commercial Parameterization: Define the public price, the estimated duration in minutes, and the commission percentage for the washer based on the vehicle type (Sedan, SUV, Pickup, etc.). SECURITY AND USER MANAGEMENT: Access Control: Manage system accounts by assigning specific roles (Customer, Operator, Admin). Account Status: Modify contact information, activate/deactivate users, or register new operational and administrative personnel. INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL: Supply Control: Monitor inventory by location or in a consolidated view (Conditioners, Glass Cleaner, Silicone Gel, etc.). Alert Levels: Monitor available units (liters, bottles, gallons) and set minimum stock limits to prevent stockouts. SYSTEM CONFIGURATION AND GLOBAL PARAMETERS Identity and Currency: Customize the business name, currency symbol, and VAT percentage. Operational Parameters: Define the appointment slot duration (minutes), maximum number of cars per bay, and the operator's default commission percentage. Hours: Adjust the establishment's opening and closing hours. My Admin Profile: Securely manage your personal data and update your login credentials.
