ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
• Receive real-time alerts when the administrator assigns you a new order.
• View assigned orders within your coverage area.
• Update the status of each delivery: en route, at address, delivered, or canceled/rejected.
• Keep the customer and headquarters informed about the delivery progress.
LOCATION AND CONTACT
• View the address, geographic location, and landmarks of the delivery address.
• Quickly access calls or messages to communicate with the customer.
• Coordinate your arrival and resolve any questions about the address or potential delays.
ORDER DETAILS AND PAYMENTS
• Check the type and quantity of gas cylinders before making the delivery.
• Confirm the total amount due and the selected payment method.
• Record cash payments and the change given.
• Verify receipt of payments via Yape or Plin.
• Manage card payments using the mobile POS terminal on route.
CONTAINER CONTROL
• Check the capacity of the requested cylinder to verify the exchange of containers.
