About this app

Intime Project brings your team's project and task tracking to your phone. When you log in with your Intime Project Management account, your projects, boards, and topics are right there in front of you.

VIEW YOUR TOPICS IN ONE LIST
Your assigned tasks are grouped by status: to be done, ongoing, and completed. Filter by assigned person, reporting person, type, priority, tag, and status; search by title or ticket key.

KANBAN BOARD
Browse your project board column by column. See how many tasks are in each column at a glance from the ribbon at the top, and scroll between columns. Change a topic's status directly from the board. Change the project and board with a single touch from the title.

EVERYTHING IN TOPIC DETAIL
Edit status, assigned person, priority, type, due date, and tags with a single touch. Write descriptions in formatted text, add images and files. See linked tickets and subtopics on the same page.

COMMENTS AND TEAM
Reply to comments, react with emojis, tag your teammates with @. Zoom in on the image attached to the comment, play the video full screen.

NEW TOPIC, IN SECONDS
Select project, board, type, status, priority and assigned person; write the title and send.

TIMELINE
Record how much time you've spent on each project, see your weekly breakdown.

IN-APP NOTIFICATIONS
Activities on the tasks you follow are collected in your notification list. Choose which events you receive notifications for in the settings.

YOUR ACCOUNT IS SECURE
Two-step verification and password change within the app.

YOUR APPEARANCE IS YOUR CHOICE
Choose light, dark or system theme. Turn off haptic feedback at any time.
