OneAssistance is an application designed for companies that provide and coordinate support services in different areas: Vehicle Services, Home Care Services, Professional Services, Transportation and Courier, among others.

This application is the tool for professionals, technicians, and other personnel responsible for executing and complete support services, through it may:
- Report available days and times for service delivery.
- Know the tasks assigned to them services to run.
- Notify the different states in each service task: coordinated, scrolling, onsite, ongoing or pending, completed or failed.
- See notifications of changes in services.
- Report developments in information services.
- Take and attach photographs start, execution and termination of services.
- Display point of origin and destination via the map view.
- Know historical services and value paid for each service task.
