• PLACING: Players take turns placing their 9 pieces on empty intersections
• MILLS: Form 3 in a row along a line to remove an opponent's piece

• FLYING: With only 3 pieces left, move to any empty intersection
• You cannot remove a piece in a mill unless no other pieces are available
