Ratings and reviews

The app is very vague. The daycare my child goes to uses it, and I wish they'd go back to HiMama. I can't communicate with the teachers or directors directly anymore, and they give a very generalized approach to the child's development. If a daycare uses this app, I wouldn't trust that your kid was actually developing skills, not based on this app anyway. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it's a cute app but not very effective.

Notifications have never worked. It takes long to refresh data when I open it and I often have to refresh it manually. Photos have stopped loading when I click on them. Overall, very unreliable app.

App has connectivity issues daily, limited features. No way to message teachers or administration through app like other day care apps. This app has a long way to go. update August 1 2025 App is still absolutely worthless. pictures rarely load, teachers at school constantly complain about it. can't pull up any of the PDF files for calendars or events. zero support from this useless company. No way to reset pass unless you talk to school. learning jungle should get a new app for their school
