About this app

In November 2018, we released a new generation of the Feedly App which is based on a new design. We are leaving this classic version of Feedly behind for people who preferred the old design.

It's been 4 months since Feedly has become indispensable to my morning routine. But today i tried out this "old version" and my GOD was this a charm! The UI, the page flip style, the easy to read facility, i can go on and on. So i uninstalled the new version and i'm sticking to this old. Sometimes, i think, change isn't a good thing. Thanks for keeping this old one around!

I guess you know your new version sucks when you need to keep the old one around just to keep your users happy. The new version needs a less bland looking UI, a setting to open full articles directly, and the list view option. Both versions can use a dark mode with more contrast, e.g. Google News. Anyway, thanks for keeping this version around.

Used to be my go-to app for my news syndication, but more and more it's breaking down in its ability to keep track of article status. It often forgets there are unread articles. I've missed many articles this way that I planned to read later, only to find out they're not in the dashboards anymore (or even the individual list filtering on unread status), leaving me to dig it back out from the nested lists of read articles (and yes it is indeed unread in there).
