When I connected the watch and the app the watch just shutdown though it was fully charged.It was connected for some few minutes then boom it went out and didn't respond. It happened yesterday, when changing the dial settings. It screeched then went off. I await your prompt reply. Hopefully before the Easter season. Thank you ,and Happy holidays.

Hello, there is a problem that recently occurred when I downloaded an application from Google Play. There is something wrong when I entered the application. I was shown agreeing to the terms and privacy, but there is no button to skip or agree to continue, and the application remains stuck. I want to enter the application

not connecting , i tried several times the app is not connecting with my device , only when i purschased the watch it was connected for 12 hours and disconnected so many days ago , i tried reconnecting but uselessss ..... i updated the version and i also re-installed but i guess the app needs to be repaired
