I have troubleshoot this app every which way I know how ie, clear cache, clear data, deleted, reinstalled, log back in and still I'm unable to utilize the app gestures with GetD smart glasses. The app says glasses are connected however the Bluetooth icon to the right of Glass name is bright red not blue like it used to be. When I open the 'me' tab on lower right and open the tab 'my device' it tells me 'device not found' Please note these glasses were never paired with any other device

I'm not able to register on the app so I'm not able to use the app. Can't really use the device to its full potential without the app which sucks.

i just bought the glasses and i have been trying to just register and the app can't seem to do that, how will the product actually function if i can't do something as simple as registering
