Monitor CPU and device temperature in real time with the CPU & Device Temperature: Monitor & Alarm app. It's a user-friendly lightweight application for monitoring device temperature with the possibility of setting an alarm when the temperature is exceeded.

🔥 Thermal Level
 • Recommendation: Instead of providing actual CPU temperature which would not be very indicative of whether the device is undergoing thermal issues, it is better to monitor this Thermal Level. Thermal level 100% means: a throttling that can affect the CPU, GPU, GPS, etc. Thermal level can be more than 100%.
 • Available from Android 10.
 • Some devices don't have hardware for this feature.

It's pretty good, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the alarm feature, I was hoping it would just play through headphones, but to my discovery, it plays through both the headphones and the phone speaker. If that was an option to play the alarm just through headphones, I would give it 4 maybe 5 stars. The other problem I have is it isn't very customizable, I wish I could change what the alarm plays, its volume, etc. Other than those things, it seems to be okay.

Worked very well until today, suddenly says I need to update the app to continue using it with only an exit or update button. App has no update on the store, hasn't had an update in months. App no longer even opens now, widget doesn't update, status bar doesn't update. Was 5 stars, now it's 2 only because it worked very well for me until now, or it would just be a 1 star for not working at all. S22U on OneUI 6.

When I started using this app in May I 5-star rated it. After Google upgraded my phone to Android 12, instead of a constant thermal level of 33%, it goes up & down with the CPU temp (as I had originally anticipated). Maybe I should have stopped it & restarted it soon after I got it, but your focus on thermal level was new to me, & I didn't know what to expect. I'll keep an eye on it, but it seems to be an excellent app that is NOW working correctly for me (presently thermal level 74%, CPU 91°F).
