About this app
Open to any TikTok creator agency. There is no application form, no waiting list, no allowlist of pre-approved agencies, and no fee. Anyone running a TikTok creator agency can download the app, tap Continue, and create an account in under a minute — by email + password, with Sign in with Apple, or any other method we offer.
WHAT TCN AGENT IS
A read-only sync and dashboard tool for TikTok creator agencies. After the initial sign-up, you sign in once to your own TikTok Backstage account inside the app. From then on, your roster, performance, and projected agency bonus refresh automatically in the background. Each agency only ever sees its own creators and its own numbers.
The app does NOT process payments, hold funds, or transmit money. The dollar values shown in the Bonus tab are projections calculated from your agency's own bonus formula and your own TikTok Backstage data — never a transaction. Your agency pays your team through its own payroll process, completely outside this app.
WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Advisor — a daily read of your portfolio that tells you which creator to call first and how much that call is worth in real dollars. Pattern detection for cliffs, rank-up windows, and silence streaks.
• Creators — every creator in your portfolio with filters for alert status, tier, rank-up eligibility, and activeness level. Tap any row for the full creator profile, last contact, and next recommended action.
• Tier scorecard — see where every diamond, upgrade, and maintain target stands across the month. Switch views to find the gap fastest.
• Bonus tracker — real-time projection. Tracked, projected, and the biggest gap to close before month-end. Server-driven so your config always matches your agency's official ladder.
• Action log — every plan, call, and reflection you record stays with the creator. Due-dates, reminders, and a clean audit trail.
• Alerts — bell and push notifications for risk, rank-up, and bonus-gap events. Quiet-hours window, per-channel toggles, and per-alert-type opt-in/out.

PRIVACY
We collect the minimum data required to do the job: your work email, your name, the action-log notes you write, and (if you opt in) a push token for notifications. Your TikTok Backstage sign-in details are encrypted at rest and used strictly to fetch your own roster and performance data.
