MafaMaster is Mafatec's official mobile app, dedicated to field technicians and their managers. Designed to simplify the daily management of interventions, it centralizes all the tools you need in one place.
- Scheduling & Leave:
View your intervention schedule in real time and submit your leave requests directly from the app. Choose the type of leave (paid, time off in lieu, sick, unpaid), select your dates, and track the approval status by your manager.
- Purchase Management:
Create your purchase requests and automatically scan your invoices using the integrated text recognition. Categorize your expenses (fuel, equipment, meals, transportation, accommodation, etc.) and attach your receipts with a single click.
- Field Alerts:
Report an incident or anomaly directly from the job site. Define the priority level, add an attachment, and track your manager's responses in real time via the integrated messaging system.
- Profile & Security:
Manage your profile, change your password, and control your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. The platform is secured by token authentication.
