The UP Lift app is a single tool that provides both end-users and certified technicians with access to UP stairlifts.
Key Features for End-Users:
Using the QR scanner, users can quickly connect to the lift via Bluetooth. This connection enables them to:
Operate the lift remotely.
View errors and/or warnings, if any.
Connect the lift to Wi-Fi.
Check the charging status of the lift.
Features for Technicians and Installers:
When logged in as a technician, the app unlocks advanced features and tools that make installing and configuring the UP Stairlift easier than ever. These include:
Modular Rail Configuration: Precisely configure the size and angles of our modular rail system.
Swivel Angle Adjustment: Configure the rotating seat for the client to easier mount and dismount the lift.
Station Setup: Define up to 10 stopping and charging stations for the lift.
System Statistics: Access detailed statistics about the lift's systems and components.
Multilingual: View the app and the included manuals in six supported languages—English (EN), Spanish (ES), French (FR), German (DE), Italian (IT), and Dutch (NL).
Additional Functionality: Explore a wide range of other tools to enhance installation and troubleshooting.
Streamlined Installation with the Full Calibration Process:
The app's Full Calibration Process uses the lift's internal sensors to inspect and calibrate the lift and rail configuration, making configuration faster and more accurate than ever.
