VPocket brings your vtiger CRM into your pocket. Designed as a native mobile companion for vtiger Open Source and self-hosted vtiger deployments, VPocket lets sales reps, support agents, account managers, and field teams stay productive without being chained to a desktop.

Connect VPocket to your own vtiger server, sign in with your existing credentials, and instantly get a fast, polished mobile experience for the records you use every day — contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities, quotes, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, tickets, products, services, documents, calendar events, and any custom modules your administrator has built.

• Universal vtiger support. Works with any standard vtiger 7.x or 8.x deployment. Enter your server URL, sign in, and you're ready. No data migration, no separate cloud account.

• Complete record management. View, search, filter, sort, create, edit, and delete records across every module your role can access. Role-based permissions from your vtiger server are honoured end-to-end.

• One-tap contact actions. Call, message, or email any contact straight from their record. The app can prompt you to log the activity as a Calendar event with parent, activity type, and date/time pre-filled.

• In-app rich-text email composer. Write and send emails with attachments from camera, gallery, or file picker. The thread is saved against the parent record automatically.

• Notes and comments with attachment support against any record.

• Calendar and activities grouped by Today / Yesterday / This Week / This Month. Create with smart defaults, switch statuses on the go.

• Document handling. Open, preview, and download any attached document. Upload new documents from camera, gallery, or file picker.

• Full inventory module support. Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders render with line items, per-item taxes, shipping & handling, charges, deducted taxes, discounts, and totals exactly as in the vtiger desktop UI.

• Smart filters, saved views, and sort. Every custom view from desktop is available on mobile, with the same default view per module.

• Business-card scanner. Capture a card and create a lead or contact in seconds.

• Custom themes — pick a colour and typography that matches your branding.

▼ HOW IT WORKS

VPocket is not a standalone CRM. It is a client app that requires an active vtiger CRM instance that you or your organisation owns and operates, with the VPocket server-side extension installed. To request the extension, contact [e-mail].

All your CRM data is transmitted directly between your device and your own vtiger server. We do not store, mirror, or have access to your CRM data at any time. You stay in full control of your information.

▼ SECURITY & PRIVACY

• Sign-in uses your existing vtiger credentials. Account creation happens on your vtiger server, not in the app.
• Token-based authentication with refresh-token rotation.
• Locally cached data is cleared automatically on logout or uninstall.
• HTTPS-enabled vtiger servers are strongly recommended. Plain-HTTP is supported for closed internal networks.
