Your orders arrive via private message. The cake for the 14th, the little one's allergies, the deposit the client still hasn't paid: it all exists in an Instagram conversation, a notebook, and your head.

Kazalendar puts everything in one place.

Made for pastry chefs, cake designers, chocolatiers, bakers, and caterers working alone or in pairs.

▪ TAKE THE ORDER WITHOUT FORGETTING ANYTHING
One record per order: client, pickup date, flavor, number of servings, theme, allergies, personalization notes. Multiple products per order, price per line. Status tracking until pickup.

▪ COLLECT THE DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU START
Generate a secure payment link and send it to the client: they pay by card, you get paid before you even get the flour out. Partial deposit (30%, 50%, the amount you want) or full payment. The payment is reflected on the order.

▪ A CALENDAR THAT UNDERSTANDS YOUR BUSINESS
Your orders are scheduled for pickup. You set your closing days and the number of orders accepted per day: if you exceed that, the day is marked as fully booked.

▪ A PUBLIC PAGE FOR YOUR AVAILABILITY
A link to add to your Instagram bio: your customers can see the available dates before contacting you. Fewer unnecessary trips back and forth.

▪ YOUR CUSTOMER DATABASE, FINALLY UP-TO-DATE
Each customer has their own profile: contact information, order history, and past orders.

▪ FREE, THEN PREMIUM IF YOU NEED IT
Kazalendar is free for regular use. Premium removes the monthly order limit and unlocks the reusable product catalog. Monthly or annual subscription, cancelable at any time from Google Play.

A WhatsApp assistant that takes orders for you and sends confirmations to customers. It's not yet available: you can request to be among the first testers through the app.
