Devoq: Voice to Quote

Avivoq

About this app

Stop typing. Start quoting.

Describe the job out loud and Devoq turns it into a professional quote, with the right taxes, ready to send before you leave the driveway. What used to eat your evening now takes the walk back to the truck.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Talk. Tap the microphone and describe the work the way you would explain it to your customer. Say the prices as you go, in English or in French.
2. Check. Devoq splits what you said into line items with quantities and prices, then adds the taxes for your province. Fix a number, add a deposit, drop in a site photo.
3. Send it from your own phone. Out comes a PDF with your logo, your licence number and your payment terms. Email with the PDF attached, a text with the link, WhatsApp or any app you share with, or just copy the link.

WHAT YOU GET
• Taxes that are right. GST, QST and the other provincial combinations are applied for you.
• Your name on it. Logo, address, licence number, payment terms and validity print on every document.
• Quote becomes invoice. One tap, in full or as a deposit with progress draws.
• Nothing forgotten. Quotes waiting on an answer and invoices past due collect in one list, with a call button beside each.
• Works with a crew. Invite your people with a code. Everyone shares the client book, and supervisors see their own team's work.
• Know your numbers. What you quoted, what you won, what is still owed, and how your prices compare with your region.
• Works without signal. Record in the basement; it uploads itself when you have bars again.

BUILT FOR EVERY TRADE
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, roofers, builders, landscapers, painters, carpenters and anyone who would rather be on site than behind a keyboard.

FRENCH AND ENGLISH
Each quote comes out in the language you dictated. The app's own menus follow whichever you prefer.
