Minus 5 stars... awful, awful app. The verification process is a joke. Please design your app better. Extra document verification doesn't work with the old physical work permits that don't have a QR code in them. How can you release something like this? The new MRT card system is also really bad, btw. Why can't we buy the cards at cashier as before? Is this new complicated process really necessary? And you need thai bank account for topup? Tourists can just queue for tokens, who cares...

Absolutely terrible verification process. The face scan doesn't tell you when it’s capturing, so after holding my eyes open for 5-8 seconds, it decides to take the scan when my eyes close. And if you make a mistake at any step, it throws you back to the beginning instead of letting you retry. Who designed this awful UX?
