It's a good app, but for some reason, it doesn't work on wifi. It works well on mobile data, though. Improvements can be made. For example, when doing a transfer where it requests a phone number, the app could include the option to pick the number from the phonebook. Also, I would like to be able to save the accounts I transact regularly so that I can pick them easily.

This app is daylight robbery at its best. For one thing, you log in and see no balance. You first have to "refresh" and ZWL1.50 is gone. After any transaction, instead of refreshing on its own, it still maintains that original balance. If you intentionally or accidentally refresh it, another ZWL1.50 is gone! I uninstalled it with a speed that can compete at Olympics!

something is seriously wrong with this app and your IT department needs to be fired immediately. I have tried to login in multiple times only to be meet with an error message every time, I have tried on a number of devices, I have tried with wifi and mobile data, I have deleted and re-download the app multiple time to try fix the issue but it won't let me log in. then your website to login for internet backing is so outdated and useless, it also won't let me log in
