Smile Driver is the app for drivers who work with Smile Taxi — airport transfers, city-to-city rides and tours all over Thailand.

APPLY IN THE APP
Enter your name, car, licence plate and the areas you drive, and take photos of your car. Our team checks your application and tells you in the app. Two cars? Add both.

TAKE JOBS THAT FIT YOU
New jobs that fit any of your cars and your areas arrive as notifications. You see the time, the route, the passengers and your pay before you accept. First come, first served — and when two of your cars fit, you choose which one comes.

DRIVE A JOB STEP BY STEP
Set off, arrive, take the pickup photo (with its time and place) and drop off. From 30 minutes before pickup until the drop-off, the app shares your location with Smile Taxi and the customer.

CHAT WITH THE CUSTOMER — TRANSLATED
Write to the customer in the booking chat in Thai or English; they read it in their language and you read their answers in yours. Our office reads along. Phone numbers and LINE IDs are never exchanged between drivers and customers.

A CAMERA THAT RECORDS TIME AND PLACE
Take photos with the date, time and place on the picture, with the front or back lens. Each photo goes to your photos at once and is easy to share — proof whenever you need it.

THE DRIVERS' COMMUNITY
Share what helps on the road in eight topics — restrooms, parking and its fees, garages, airports, routes and more. Post, reply and like, with community rules, reporting and blocking.

SCHEDULE, MONEY AND STATS
See your jobs on a calendar and add your own plans so no job clashes. Record the money from your own jobs and your car's costs (parking, tolls, fuel, repairs, installments, tax), see each month at a glance and download an Excel file for your tax return.

What’s new

• Stand By at the pick-up: press Stand By and take a photo of where you wait (the name sign or the car) — the office is told and it helps the customer find you; send a new one if you move
• Taxi jobs no longer show an estimated trip time (a tour still shows its own length), and the schedule shows a taxi job at its pickup time
