About this app

Your certifications are what let you work. Let one lapse and you're off the job site.

CertTracker keeps every license and certification card in one place on your phone, tracks every expiration date, and warns you months before anything runs out — so a renewal never sneaks up on you again.

WHAT IT DOES

📁 ONE WALLET FOR EVERY CREDENTIAL
Snap a photo of the front and back of each card, or attach the full PDF — as many files per credential as you need. Store the issuer, license number, issue and expiration dates, plus notes about renewal classes or CE hours.

⏰ REMINDERS THAT GIVE YOU TIME
Choose your warnings: 1 year, 180, 90, 30, 14, 7 days, or day-of. Set them per credential. Renewal courses fill up weeks out — CertTracker makes sure you book before the seats are gone.

🚦 STATUS AT A GLANCE
Every credential is color-coded current, expiring, or expired. Tap any status to filter instantly. The app icon shows a count of what needs attention before you even open it.

📤 SHARE IN SECONDS
Generate a clean, branded PDF of one certification or several at once, then send it by text, email, or AirDrop. Perfect for onboarding paperwork or a supervisor asking for proof on the spot.

▦ QR CODE VERIFICATION
Show a QR code anyone can scan with a phone camera to instantly see your credential details and whether it's valid. Ideal for gate checks and safety officers.

🔄 RENEW WITHOUT LOSING HISTORY
Enter your new dates and CertTracker archives the old card automatically — useful when a job asks how long you've held a qualification.

🔍 FIND ANYTHING FAST
Search by name, issuing organization, or license number. Tap any license number to copy it straight to your clipboard for filling out forms.

🌗 LIGHT AND DARK MODE
Follows your phone, or lock it to either. Readable in a dark truck cab or direct sun.

YOUR DOCUMENTS NEVER TOUCH OUR SERVERS

This is what makes CertTracker different.

No account. No sign-up. No password. No cloud database holding your licenses.

Every photo, PDF, and date is stored on your own phone. Reminders are scheduled by your phone, not sent from a server. When you share a certification, the PDF is built on your device and handed to your messaging app.

We cannot see your credentials, because we never receive them. There is nothing on our end to leak, sell, or breach.

Export an encrypted backup anytime and keep it wherever you choose — your own cloud drive, a computer, a USB stick. Moving to a new phone means importing one file.
