unbelievable! this is frustrating to force you log in over and over every time you open the app!

there is no option to unsubscribe from the numerous SMS text messages

App keeps you logged as "Guest". Impossible to find where to login with your DEWA ID, therefore the "easypay" requires you to know (by heart or after extensive research) your easy pay number (tip given by the app: "EasyPay number is your existing number for respective services"). It's easier to find "rate this app" than "log into your account", therefore I'm rating it as it deserves and not paying my bill this month. See you next month.
