πFor Customers**
π 1.0 Welcome Screen:
On opening the app, you will be greeted by the Dewaara Inc. company logo.
π 2.0 Customer or Barbar Selection:
You will see two buttons:
πCustomer: Follow the customer-specific rules.
πBarbar: Follow the employee-specific rules.
πββοΈ Customer Instructions:
π 3.0 Login:
Enter your current mobile number. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your mobile number for verification. Log in using the OTP.
π 4.0 Home Screen:
You will see four icons: Booking, Cart, History, and Map. Your name and address will appear at the top. You can log out by clicking on your name or address.
π 4.1 Map:
Clicking on the map icon will prompt you to allow access to your current location. Ensure your GPS is on. By zooming out, you can see nearby salon shops. Select a salon to view the distance, time, and direction using Google
π Maps.
Use the three dots at the top to change the map format (Normal, Hybrid, Satellite, Terrain) and zoom in/out.
π 5.0 Booking:
Select your city, then choose a salon shop. Click on the shopping basket to select services (e.g., Haircut, Facewash). Adjust your items in the cart. Click Next to see the barber's image and rating, select a barber, then choose your preferred date and time from the calendar. Confirm your booking. A successful booking returns you to the home screen.
π 6.0 Manage Bookings:
You can delete or change your booking from the home screen.
π 7.0 Booking Reminders:
Booking information will be added to your mobile calendar with an alarm set for 30 minutes before the appointment.
π 8.0 History:
View information about previously used salons.
π 9.0 Rating:
After using a service, you can rate the salon.
πββοΈ Barbar Instructions:
π 10.0 Login:
Select your city and salon, then log in using your staff user ID and password provided by Dewaara Inc.
π 11.0 Home Screen:
If login is successful, the home screen will display the booking slots on the calendar.
π 12.0 Notifications:
You will receive a notification when a customer books your time slot. View it by clicking the notification icon at the top right.
π 13.0 Service Completion:
After completing a service, click on the time slot (gray color), select the services/items used, and apply any discounts by scanning the customer QR code provided by Dewaara Inc. Click Finish.
π 14.0 Invoice Generation:
An invoice showing selected items,Total price (including service charges and discounts) will be generated. Confirm the invoice. The time slot will turn green.
π 15.0 Logout:
Click Navigation on the left side of the home screen, then click the exit button to log out.
