UPDATE. My original rating was one star. I've updated to 5. I had issues originally, but the response from Support was great. Gordon stayed in touch, and kept me in the loop. He asked for info, and I provided. We tried a different phone, running Android 9 which had no issues. It seems my issue is related to my recent upgrade to 10. I just installed the newest version of this app, and it seems to have done the trick, and works great now. Gordon and the rest of the crew get 5 stars as well.

My experience with this app is frustrating. I can't access any of my tools to manage and/or edit names, basically I can't anything. I wasted money on the connectors for nothing. I cant even get into the app itself. It crashes every time I try to get on it. I think it's a waste of time and money, should have just went with milwaukee tools.

It's practically useless, to me, because I work in Stucco buildings and gett no reception, most of the time, so I can't have the app and drill Bluetoothed, because my drill will not work if I have no reception, which renders me unable to do my job. It was very frustrating and embarrassing the first couple of times it happened, until I realized what it was and deactivated it. It's worked fine ever since.
