Two stars for convenience, but it's glitchy as heck. Constantly tells me a machine isn't available when it is. Has double charged me in the past because it says a machine is unavailable so I go to another machine then the first one I tried magically becomes available and chsrges me for the failed attempt and now I have two dryers when I need only one. Customer service isn't helpful. But it is better than lugging around a bag of quarters so I deal with it.

This was my first time using the app and it will be my last. Washing was ok. It gave me the proper wash time. Now, the dryer was a different story. First, it only gives you 3 minutes at a time instead of allowing you to put in the time you need. I gave it a try, 3 minutes time but stopped after 2 minutes but the app showed it was still running. Tried it again and got same result. Thanks, but NO THANKS! Going back to using coins.

I was at the laundry mat and was excited to see they had an app. Went to install and set up was easy until you got to the location part where after an hour of trying to get it to work it kept saying the location was unavailable. Deleting this app it just wasted an hour of my time. Very disappointed and to add misery there is no way to contact anyone about this issue. Wouldn't even give it one star but have no choice in the matter
