Build a miniature engine one part at a time, then hear it come to life in a retro pixel workshop.
Explore 10 engine designs: diesel, OHV, DOHC, two-stroke, parallel twin, inline four, V-twin, boxer four, and the new inline six and V8. Follow connected pistons, rods and timing mechanisms as you assemble each model.
Four hands-on stages take you from loose parts to ignition. Fit components in order, tighten bolts to the right torque, adjust the engine’s setup and tap at the right moment to fire it up.
Then try a 12-second test run. Slide the throttle to warm up, raise the revs and settle the engine, keeping the needle inside the target band. Your assembly, tightening, setup and ignition results influence vibration, heat, throttle response and firing rhythm through simplified game rules. Replay the test to improve your control.
The four build stages form your score out of 1,000. The test bench has a separate control score that does not affect rankings. Keep personal bests and recent builds for each engine on your device. Compare build scores on engine-specific Google Play Games leaderboards. Online rankings require Google Play Games sign-in.
Three engines are available from the start. Complete an optional rewarded ad to unlock an individual engine on this device; other ads remain. The one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase removes advertising and unlocks all 10 engines. Existing owners receive the new inline six and V8 without another purchase. Purchase restoration is available in Settings and the unlock options.
Play in English, Korean, Japanese, French, Spanish, German, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Italian or Hindi. Choose your language from the globe menu. Advertising privacy choices are available where required.
