I've been with these A's since I left basic training in 2011. (Yes, shame on me)They are Very unprofessional. The help service is very disorganized( Including the Ai). They say things you want to hear, and they never follow through. Overdraft fees are astronomical. We went over by 4.65 and they charged $20! Also, if your account is inactive of set direct deposit activity, they force $10 every other week. Personal checks do not count. Edit: GO FAHK YOURSELVES!

Recent updates leave the app to be inaccurate when it comes to your accounts, the app will say that I received my check but the balances don't change. You try to do an internal transfer the money disappears, nearly giving me a heart attack. If this doesn't change soon I will most likely just go to a different bank. Leaving on a positive note customer service is very good.

Absolutely hate this new app. The old one would show me 3-4 days in advance when my incoming money would be available to me and how much it was for. This one doesn't, it doesn't update my balance with pending transactions as quickly as the old one, takes forever to log in to and load my account info. Had so much trouble even getting a password that it would accept and then so much more trouble getting it to let me access my account after I did change it. Hate it, terrible.
