If your military person I guess it's okay but far as I'm concerned getting a new bank I want to be able to find out about kg money. Took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone another 20 before they could give me the information I needed to get my ID user been there with the 20 questions needed to get my ID user it was horrible simply horrible I appreciate when people protective of the information they keep for you but this was horrible .
App is ok, but the bank sucks Waited on hold for 20 mins, then rep cut me off and sent me to the wrong dept because they didn't let me explain the issue (they're tired from blowing Satan I assume). The app is ok, sometimes doesn't work.
Horrible. It never recognizes my username or password, despite the fact that it's correct! Then it locks me out of my account and I have to recreate a new password. Don't download it. Just use the regular mobile website.
Very nice I love this app makes it super easy to check in on my bank I love how when you back out it like signs you out which kinda protects you from hackers getting your info and so on always have to put your password in every time you open the app which is very awesome...
Its getting better. All the app needs now is fingerprint log in support. Please add that. My chase CC app just added that support. So if chase can do it j know you can.
Horrible app for a horrible bank This banks customer care center is freaking joke. Every time I've had to actually talk to someone from afbank I had to wade through 30 mins of robots to get put on hold for another 30 mins. There polices are ridiculous and they will charge you for literally everything. Just don't even mess with it and get USAA. Not happy and i will be switching banks
