The update is not bad, better than before. I don't know why the fingerprint wasn't added and I really don't know why those warnings keep popping up when you open the app, very annoying! You should have the option to select "never ask again" or just have it pop up when you use the app for the first time. I don't use the mobile deposit, but I heard from many people that it's annoying because it is put on a hold no matter what.
This app is terrible. The mobile deposit feature will never read my checks right, so it is useless. Since the bank got bought out last year, it is terrible as well. If you're going to charge $10 a month in service fees , you should at least be a decent bank, which Dickinson Financial Services is not.
Don't bother using the electronic deposit. The app says it can take up to 3 days for your check to clear. Customer Service says automatic 5 BUSINESS day hold. I deposited my disabled vets tax abatement on the 15th and the hold is effective until the 24th. Unless you're overseas you'll get your money much faster if you mail it in. I've had an account with this bank for 38 years. Your hometown bank around the world. Riiight.
Probably the worst bank I've ever had never wanted it but my recruiter set it up instead of ask for my bank I had at the time I've been wanting to get rid of my account but haven't had the time to change my direct deposit. Ever since the update I haven't been able to access my account which is a huge pain because I don't know how much I have also depositing a check with the app takes so long id rather not and just cash it at a local bank which charges a dollar if your not a member. In the end I'll be happy the moment I get rid of this account.
They updated the app and I've not been able to use it since. I even went to my local FT Bliss branch and they couldn't even access it.. super irritating and a huge disappointment
Ever since the the update... I can't access my account through the app. What in the world happen???!!! I know it's not my bank. What's going on?!! Please fix it.
