Ratings and reviews

Efficient. However the app crashes when I intend to type "Rent - September" in the narrative field of transfers to wallet. Maybe the "-" character crashes the app coz as soon as I type it, swiiii - app crashes. Commas, Dots, Hyphens - these and some important characters crash the app in Mobile Money Transfer Narrative, it's a bit annoying.

Well the functionality is fair but there's a problem, there are times when the balance I left on the account is not the one I see when I open it again and the system doesn't show where it has gone and for what reason it is missing, In the previous version this was not the case. please do something about this

The new app doesn't show full transaction history. It stops at June 25. It's been two months and the developer is doing nothing about it. Terrible. The bank instead refers you to the web version and can't promise to better the app, that's bad service.
