the updated version is bad, it doesn't reflect transactions done, incase they weren't done using the app. you just find lesser balance and wonder what transaction happened till you log into the online platform.. rectify the new version please. let all account activity whether by bank or individuall be visible even on the app. thank you.

I like that you improved on the loan service on this app. However, after the latest update, the app doesn't show full transaction history. I want to see details of all credits and debts on my account and not just what you choose to show me. Unfortunately, even your sms service declined and there are even delays when forwarding transaction updates

On the old app, I was accessing my Transaction History. Why is that on the new one I can't. Additional to that, how can I access or see my Transaction History on Money deposited on my account, money withdrawal, the monthly charges on my account. The app can't show all that compared to the old one. pliz can you work on that.
