Ratings and reviews

the updated version is bad, it doesn't reflect transactions done, incase they weren't done using the app. you just find lesser balance and wonder what transaction happened till you log into the online platform.. rectify the new version please. let all account activity whether by bank or individuall be visible even on the app. thank you.

you guys updated the app and logged me out... whenever I put my password it' says wrong credentials. calling customer care, u want me to come to the nearest branch..... what happens if am not in the country? stop scrambling things that you can't fix back to their original state.

this app was very nice but I don't know what happened when I changed the phone. Right now I can not log in my account yet I did smart swith and I really dont know what to do yet I still need it
