hasn't even been 3 months since I started using it and I can no longer access it. I just get stuck on the sign in/register page with no way to go forward. before I reinstalled it it would only show me my bank account details, but it wouldn't let me transfer money into my other accounts. it did work just fine for the first 1 1/2 months that I started using it though. after I deinstalled it then reinstalled it however, was when I started getting stuck on the sign in page.

It is very convinient to be able to check my accts, do transfers, payments, and get information when I need it on the go or at home. For example, today I got a bill saying I was over due on a bill I had paid almost a month ago. I just used the app and saw the check had already come back endorsed and it was posted 10 days before the bill's statement date. I could quickly see the front and back of the check. No waiting for a bank statement to come or to ask for a copy of the check.

As time goes on, this app gets better. Mobile Deposits are generally simple, too. I do have a couple of suggestions: For BOTH mobile AND desktop, I need an option to CHANGE the SECURITY KEY and SECURITY KEY PHRASE . . . I spelled something wrong and it's been driving me CRAZY!!! Gotta love my OCD! Also, occasionally the IN-APP CAMERA doesn't focus well. I'd like you to PLEASE ADD the OPTION to UPLOAD MY OWN PHOTO from my own camera 📷 Thanks 😄
