Krishoker App – Empowering Bangladeshi Farmers
The Krishoker App is a digital solution developed under the Farmer Information Management System by the Directorate General of Food (DG Food), Government of Bangladesh.

Key Features
1. Farmer Registration
○ Farmers register through the app.
○ The Upazila Agriculture Officer (UAO) reviews and approves applications.
2. Expression of Interest (EOI) Submission
○ Farmers submit EOIs via the app during designated procurement seasons.
○ The UAO reviews EOIs, and the UCF conducts a transparent lottery system.
○ The Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) gives final approval.
3. Allocation
○ Selected farmers can view their allocation details within the app.
○ Ensures fair distribution and easy tracking.
4. Weight, Quality, and Stock Certificate (WQSC)
○ OC LSD/GI officers verify the delivered paddy/wheat for weight and quality.
○ Farmers receive the WQSC, required for initiating payment.
○ The WQSC is accessible within the app for convenience.
5. Profile Updates
○ Farmers can update personal and farm-related information.
○ The UAO verifies and approves any modifications.
6. Grievance Management
○ Farmers can raise grievances directly through the app.
○ The UCF verifies and resolves issues efficiently.
How It Works
The Krishoker App follows a simple and transparent workflow that allows farmers to participate in procurement with ease and confidence:
1️⃣ Register on the app by providing National ID and country details for verification.
2️⃣ Submit an EOI during the designated procurement season.
3️⃣ Participate in the lottery and receive allocation details if selected.
4️⃣ Deliver paddy or wheat to the assigned depot, undergo quality verification, and receive a digital Weighment, Quality, and Stock Certificate (WQSC).
5️⃣ Track payment status from WQSC issuance to final bank disbursement using the app.
This end-to-end digital process eliminates manual errors, enhances efficiency, and ensures fairness in the procurement process.
