Keep weekly schedules, team requests, and attendance in one shared workspace.
Shiftmate is built for cafés, restaurants, retail stores, and other shift-based teams. Owners, managers, and employees use the same workplace data with access based on their role.
PLAN THE WEEK
Create shifts, assign team members, add open shifts, review the week, and publish the schedule. Employees see their own published shifts and can respond to open work.
TRACK ATTENDANCE
Clock in and out and record breaks separately. A workplace can use server-only attendance or require a short-lived QR code, the device location, or both. Location is checked only during the attendance action; Shiftmate does not continuously track location.
HANDLE REQUESTS
Submit and review leave, shift-swap, shift-drop, join, and timesheet-correction requests. Managers can approve or decline pending items from one inbox.
STAY IN SYNC
Receive workplace notifications, switch between authorized workplaces, and manage weekly availability from your profile. Account deletion can be requested from the app or at https://www.teamshiftapp.com/delete-account.
