About this app

DGTSign is a player application used to display digital signage content on business screens. The application works in conjunction with a compatible DGTSign service; content and the display schedule are centrally managed from the service's control panel.

How it works:
• Define your screen in the DGTSign panel and obtain the 6-character matching code provided for the screen.
• Pair the device with the screen by entering the server address and matching code in the application. • The paired device will play the visual and video content scheduled for that screen in full screen on the panel. • Content updates are made from the panel.

Offline Playback
The player pre-downloads and caches supported content on the device. Supported content in the cache continues to play when the internet connection is interrupted. An internet connection is required for downloading new content and for live data.

Important
This application does not create or manage content on its own. A compatible DGTSign service account and a screen defined in that service are required to use it.
