I am rating this to one star as there is no option to give 0 star. Not keeping their promise. Got money deducted immediately after order placement and got confirmation of delivery. However, did not got delivery even after 24 hour or promise delivery. No one at their customer support number helping you. The behave in a manner that you feel you have called at some other establishment. They don't have any clue of your order nor have idea on delivery date and time.

It was my first time. And at first I was a bit nervous. But when I received the package. I was shocked . It was so clean , well packed. , Well cut and wrapped. Quality of of meat so A+++ I can't explain. Worth each Dirham. Thanks alot. I will definitely buy again from them.

خدمة سيئة في التعامل والتوصيل والتاخير واخرة مرة اطلب منهم تقييمهم بالنسبة للتعامل لاول مرة معهم 0/5 اتواصل معهم لا يردون فقط يرسلون لك ان الطلبية بتتاخر لليوم الثاني انطباع سيء جدا جدا وخدمة كذالك سيئة Bad service in dealing, delivery and delay. The last time I asked them to rate me for dealing with them for the first time, 0/5. I contacted them and they did not respond. They only sent you that the order would be delayed until the next day. A very, very bad impression and bad service as well.
