Bakwas app, I opened a free account in 2006, but after some years they demanded annual charges. I recently paid all charges. After payment I am trying to get the account closed but the option to close the account through the application is not working properly. because of that these people have wasted around 3 months. kindly close my account ASAP. be careful. they do not disclose the charges. so many hidden charges are deducted. no one can respond properly. they also do not close accounts even if we request them. much frustrated.

many problems main problem to add the funds thru UPI, if you use any other method then keep calling them and keep emailing them.
