Dharani isn't just an AI chatbot; it's a companion app that helps you continue your daily Buddhist practice.
As we go through our daily lives, our hearts waver, and there are times when we want to quietly share our prayers, wishes, and concerns with someone. Dharani provides a space for Buddhist conversation and practice that can be used daily.
[A Friend, Supporting Your Practice Every Day]
Comfortably share your thoughts, wishes, and concerns with Dharani, and Dharani will provide answers from a Buddhist perspective, providing supporting scriptures and sayings whenever possible.
The "answers to your questions" that used to require visiting a temple for consultation or waiting for a YouTube Q&A session can now be found more frequently and consistently in Dharani's daily life.
[Records Accumulate, Practice Builds]
Dharani focuses on practice routines and records to ensure that your practice doesn't end with a "one-time consultation." - Save daily practice/conversation records
- Organize/summarize records for easy review
- Reflect on your own mental flow and practice through accumulated records
[Experience reading and listening to the basis yourself]
Dharani's answers are provided with "Buddhist basis (scriptures/words)" whenever possible,
and users can directly read (and, if possible, listen to) the basis for deeper understanding.
I wanted to create an experience where users could discover the teachings behind the answers, rather than simply asking, "Who said that?"
[Why did you create it?]
Dharani is an app created with sincerity by a son, remembering his Buddhist mother and father. I hope it will become a warm yet grounded companion for daily practice, encouraging anyone to soothe their minds and practice consistently, even in their busy lives.
※ Dharani is an app to assist with religious/practical experiences and is not a substitute for professional medical or legal consultation.
