How to use:
1. Open Pocket Mic
2. Choose Wired or Wireless mode
3. Connect your audio device
4. Tap Start and select the detected device
5. Use your phone as a live microphone
6. Tap Stop to end the session
Wired mode:
• Works with supported wired headsets, headphones, and compatible USB audio devices
• Usually offers lower latency than Bluetooth mode
• Great for more stable real-time audio use
Wireless mode:
• Works with connected Bluetooth audio devices
• Gives you more freedom of movement
• May have higher delay depending on your phone and Bluetooth hardware
Background mode:
Pocket Mic can keep running when the app is minimized, closed, or when the screen is off, as long as required permissions are granted and your device allows background activity.
Permissions:
• Microphone permission is required for live audio input
• Bluetooth permission is required for wireless device access
• Notification permission is used for background mode and service controls
