I expected better from a company as big as Dhaweeye. The user interface feels subpar, and the app’s stability is a major issue—it has failed to work multiple times. Tonight, when I tried to order food for my family, the app wouldn’t work at all, and we ended up having to cook instead. This was disappointing. Please improve the experience, Dhaweeye.

I would agree with one review about taxi safety and accurate information when booking a taxi. I use *3000# anyway. Some drivers keep asking an extra 5000 shillings for shopping in the car that is a similar weight of a second passenger. the office categorically said that no extra charge apply for shopping. I was travelling 380 m for 10000 and the driver wanted extra money. In this situation because of language barrier I could end up being rude . So why not have a different fare for short runs?

App works well and I use it frequently. They should do more to crack down on drivers. Have had few instances of driver having a friend in the car. Different driver than the one on the app or often different plated car. This is a security issue in the event something happens, it would be harder to track down the driver etc.
