Doesn't update to real-time leaves your teams hanging around waiting for deliveries. Now the eta doesn't show on my app, it does on colleagues I have tried uninstalling it but no just the date of delivery of which I am already aware absolutely useless.

Rarely works. And when it does, there are no updates even when delivers are 4 hours late. Doesn't show where your delivery is at any given point. Very frustrating for a customer that has to rely on this app at least 5 times a week

When it works it's ok but often has errors. Also it doesn't track till vehicle reaches first drop and the tracking is often inaccurate.
