Thanks, I really enjoyed driving to a locker for no reason. Was a nice surprise to find out no one in the whole chain of responsibility mailed me the pickup code, too. Thankfully, the app decided to die as well, otherwise I might have accidentally picked up my parcel. Also, great move on calling the app My DHL. I enjoyed the hunt through my apps to figure out under which branding gimmick you're hiding it! Glad it's not alphabetically sorted at D, that's too easy and no fun at all!

Hi Jeroen, ik snap hoe frustrerend het is dat je zonder reden naar de pakketautomaat bent gegaan en het zo lastig is jouw afhaalcode te achterhalen. I do like the notification, but most of the time when it says the driver will be there within 15 minutes he is there within 3 minutes, so if you are in the neighbourhood it is not enough time to get home. And I have packages that I sold through Marktplaats and I like to follow the package as the seller, but it ends up as 'on the way to me' and no way to remove it. I also have a package that I picked up december 31st, 2025, but it is still shown as 'on the way' and I can't remove it.

It is annoying that even though I have set my delivery preference to be in a locker, most of the times the package is automatically routed to my home address. When the shipment is announced I can't change the delivery address anymore. Since the delivery is automatically added to my DHL account, wouldn't it make sense to follow my delivery preference? Why would you have a delivery preference when most of the time, it is not taken into account?
