Thanks, I really enjoyed driving to a locker for no reason. Was a nice surprise to find out no one in the whole chain of responsibility mailed me the pickup code, too. Thankfully, the app decided to die as well, otherwise I might have accidentally picked up my parcel. Also, great move on calling the app My DHL. I enjoyed the hunt through my apps to figure out under which branding gimmick you're hiding it! Glad it's not alphabetically sorted at D, that's too easy and no fun at all!

Thanks to DHL shipping and thanks to this app, I got my parcel delivered, but they didn't send me any qr code via email, and I had 2 emails added to my account. They delivered my parcel on Friday at ~19:00, and of course no one was available for customer support at that time, and I needed the parcel that day, since it was something crucial for me. But it was ok, nothing that zip-ties and luggage clamp can't fix. Kudos to amazon support, who had the patience to try every single chance to help.

The aps sucks. DHL is very good but your large number of apps makes it nearly impossible to work with you guys. Especially since you don't specify which app works for kind of shipments. The best is to work with the web browser and forget the apps. In particular when receiving documents it is very difficult to know what app to use, sometimes DHL Express works and sometime MyDHL Why?Sometimes you have to give your phone number to get a text with an inlog code which sometimes works
