Keep track of your parcels in My DHL. The app shows you what you have sent and which shipments are on their way to you.

Simply add e-mail addresses you used to order online, and the parcels will appear in the overview. No parcel will ever escape your attention again.

My DHL is available in Dutch and English.

Thanks, I really enjoyed driving to a locker for no reason. Was a nice surprise to find out no one in the whole chain of responsibility mailed me the pickup code, too. Thankfully, the app decided to die as well, otherwise I might have accidentally picked up my parcel. Also, great move on calling the app My DHL. I enjoyed the hunt through my apps to figure out under which branding gimmick you're hiding it! Glad it's not alphabetically sorted at D, that's too easy and no fun at all!

Hi Jeroen, ik snap hoe frustrerend het is dat je zonder reden naar de pakketautomaat bent gegaan en het zo lastig is jouw afhaalcode te achterhalen. Chat blocked after declining customer review form. Tracking of a package is not available in the app. lots of ads, receiving tracking for packages that got delivered by other courier companies, DHL is a mess as always. No customer service, to big and to divided. Courier companies have the power to do whatever they want without any consequences. This app is just a smokescreen and front to keep people busy.

like the functionality, it's a good way to track everything and updates work. *28-01-26 They removed the share tracking detail, this is really annoying and made the functionality worse. I also don't get why I can't just save unknown tracking parcels. *05-03-26 I don't see how customer service can do anything for a removed feature.
