─────────── HOW IT WORKS ───────────

1. Get your 6-character subscription code from your station
2. Install and open the app
3. Enter the code on the activation screen
4. The app validates the code and activates your session
5. View your queue position on the dashboard
6. Select your destination from available routes
7. Receive real-time push notifications
8. When it's your turn, proceed to the station

─────────── DATA COLLECTED ───────────

Only strictly necessary data:
• Subscription code — to activate and identify your subscription
• License plate — to display your queue position
• Device public key — cryptographic key to secure your session
• Push notification token — for real-time alerts via Firebase Cloud Messaging

❌ NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:
✓ No name, email, or phone number
✓ No GPS location
✓ No contacts, photos, or files
✓ No biometric or health data
✓ No analytics or telemetry
✓ No advertising

─────────── DATA DELETION ───────────

• Data is automatically deleted from our servers when the subscription expires
• Maximum retention: 90 days after expiration
• Early deletion available on request via email
